Asunción airport fees: the international boarding fee

Passengers leaving Asunción's Silvio Pettirossi airport on international flights pay a boarding fee (tasa de embarque), set by the civil aviation authority DINAC at US$28, VAT included, in its aeronautical publication in force on 1 October 2026. A separate tourism levy is collected with it, in the ticket. In July 2023 a DINAC official put the combined total at US$42.50. We found no migration fee for arrivals or departures.
