Cabo Verde Airports, the VINCI-run operator, charges a passenger service charge of 21.00 euros plus 0.98 euros for reduced-mobility assistance on each international departure, inside the ticket, at rates in force from 5 January 2026. Foreign visitors arriving on international flights pay the Airport Security Tax (TSA) of 3,400 escudos, about 31 euros, online through the EASE pre-registration. A 2026 press report says paying at the airport costs double, which official sources have not confirmed.
