Riyadh airport fees: what you pay at RUH
The main charge at Riyadh is the Airport Building Charge, paid inside the ticket. Riyadh Airports lists SAR 160 for an international departure and SAR 25 for a domestic one, with lower rates for transfer passengers. A security charge of SAR 8 applies to departing passengers, plus SAR 13 on flights to the USA or UK. The charges are approved by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). The SAR 160 rate matches Jeddah's charges from July 2025, but Riyadh's start date is unconfirmed.
