The ASECNA AIP page for the Comoros lists three passenger charges at Moroni. International passengers pay a 8,000 KMF passenger charge, a 5,000 KMF security charge and a 4,600 KMF tourism development tax. Domestic passengers pay 500 KMF passenger charge, 1,000 KMF security and 500 KMF tourism tax. The page does not say how passengers pay.
