Ivato International Airport (TNR)
Departing passengers at Ivato pay airport charges inside the ticket, collected by airlines for operator Ravinala Airports. Its 2025 tariff sets a passenger charge of EUR 12.958 for international flights and a development charge of EUR 41.60 for international and regional flights. Regional Indian Ocean flights carry a EUR 10.364 passenger charge. A state security charge of US$14.35 dates from 2013 and needs checking. Arriving passengers pay no airport charges, but most visitors pay a visa fee on arrival.
